What to Expect

Interpretation is provided for the hearing impaired for the 7:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services

PBC welcomes you to attend and fellowship at one or both 7:45 am and 11:00 am Morning Worship Services filled with rhythmic sounds of the Gospel of Jesus Christ facilitated by our anointed Minister of Music; from African American hymns, traditional hymns, Classic Gospel, to contemporary Praise and Worship. We have a variety of choirs ranging from children to senior adults. The order of services lasts approximately 1 ½ hours.

We are blessed to have a Pastor of 25 years dedicated to leading and saving souls to Jesus Christ with powerful preaching, anointed teaching. He is “Preparing Bold Christians” for the work of God’s Ministry through guidance and strict teachings of the King James Version and New International Version of the Holy Bible. We offer Christ to you at the end of each service.

We believe in outreach, honoring those who are homebound and hospitalized. Communion is provided each Sunday to all that attend, and homebound. Each visitor will be asked to stand and receive word from our Pastor, and a visitor’s card to complete and give to the nearest usher or the visitor’s card can be placed in the offering plate during service.

PBC Welcome Packets will be provided to each visitor, and a follow-up mailer will be sent to the address you provide on the visitors card.

If you so desire to join PBC’s family, and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior receiving water Baptism, you will be required to receive PBC orientation and training from our Pastor, attend weekly Sunday School classes, tithe, and attend services. You are encouraged to join a ministry of your Calling within PBC offering your God given talents and gifts.

Children’s Church is available at both services on first and third Sundays for toddlers and primary children who are willing to learn the Gospel of Christ by a Children’s Church teacher.

Children’s Hour is available for those children and young babes from the nursery or sitting with family in the congregation. Children are bought forward for a 15 minute teaching by a Children’s Church teacher during each morning service with their offering in hand to encourage stewardship, participation in biblical teachings, and fellowship at a young age.

* Sign Language interpretation is provided for the hearing impaired for morning worship services, evening services, and weekly scheduled services.
